Our Foreign Representations

The Malaysia-Russia Business Council was established with its counterpart Russia's Business Council for Cooperation with Malaysia to foster business cooperation between Malaysia and the Russian Federation, support initiatives of Russian companies, and promote Russian products and services in Malaysia. The aims to strengthen business collaborations in economic, scientific, technology and cultural sectors. Impact Circle Sdn Bhd functions as the secretariat for the council.

The formation of MBECC was inaugurated on 8 May 2017 with the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) on 2 May 2017. The objective of the Memorandum of Understanding is to establish a general cooperation framework with the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry in order to promote economic relations and conduct economic research between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Malaysia. Impact Circle Sdn Bhd functions as the secretariat for the council.
