ScaleX is a nationally aligned agrifoodtech scale-up platform officially endorsed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) as Programme Endorser and National Policy Anchor, and supported by Securities Commission Malaysia as Strategic Pipeline Partner and and Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).
The programme is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential agrifoodtech, sustainability innovation, biotech, food innovation, climate innovation, and deeptech companies through structured investment readiness development, strategic ecosystem engagement, cross-border collaboration, capital facilitation, and real-world deployment opportunities across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
ScaleX is developed by Impact Circle and co-delivered together with Naked Innovations (Spain) and Innovate 360 (Singapore), bringing together regional and international expertise across venture building, investment readiness, ecosystem development, innovation commercialisation, and market expansion.
