Important Notes

  • Limited to Company Founders only.

  • Max of 2 pax per company can participate in the cohort.
    Submission of application does not guarantee selection into the programme.

  • Selected companies are required to participate in programme activities, advisory sessions, showcases, and ecosystem engagements.

  • ScaleX reserves the right to determine final participation and programme arrangements.

​The ScaleX 2026 cohort is curated through strategic ecosystem collaboration and is currently limited to selected companies from:

  • Securities Commission Malaysia’s GrowMatch 2024 and GrowMatch 2025 cohorts

  • MYSAFE portfolio companies

  • Members of the Impact Ventures Network (IVN)

  • Portfolio companies and nominated founders from ScaleX strategic ecosystem partners and collaborating organisations

Participation is by application, evaluation, and selection basis, subject to programme fit, readiness, scalability potential, and strategic alignment with ScaleX objectives.

ScaleX is a nationally aligned agrifoodtech scale-up platform officially endorsed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) as Programme Endorser and National Policy Anchor, and supported by Securities Commission Malaysia as Strategic Pipeline Partner.

The programme is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential agrifoodtech, sustainability innovation, biotech, food innovation, climate innovation, and deeptech companies through structured investment readiness development, strategic ecosystem engagement, cross-border collaboration, capital facilitation, and real-world deployment opportunities across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

ScaleX is developed by Impact Circle and co-delivered together with Naked Innovations (Spain) and Innovate 360 (Singapore), bringing together regional and international expertise across venture building, investment readiness, ecosystem development, innovation commercialisation, and market expansion.
