Participation Confirmation & Fee Commitment

I confirm my company's participation in the ScaleX Exhibition at MAHA 2026 and acknowledge that an exhibition participation fee of RM5,000 is payable. I agree that Impact Circle Sdn. Bhd. will issue an invoice for the participation fee, and I undertake to arrange payment in accordance with the invoice terms. I further understand that my participation in the ScaleX Exhibition at MAHA 2026 is subject to this commitment.*

I confirm that I am authorised to submit this information on behalf of my organisation and consent to Impact Circle Sdn. Bhd. using the submitted company information and logo for the ScaleX Exhibition at MAHA 2026 and related ScaleX promotional and communication materials.*
