The business, company, and professional information you provide will be used by Impact Circle Sdn Bhd and the ScaleX Programme Management Office for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Assessing your company's programme needs;

• Matching you with business advisors, investors, corporate partners, and ecosystem partners;

• Facilitating programme activities, including masterclasses, investment clinics, investor engagements, showcases, and real-world deployment opportunities;

• Preparing programme materials, founder profiles, and internal records; and

• Showcasing your company and founder profile in ScaleX publications, programme materials, and official communications where appropriate.
