Yee Xin is a Senior Manager specialising in sustainability advisory, governance advisory, controls and business process improvement, and project management office (PMO) support. She has worked across various industries ranging from financial services, telco providers, government agencies, and conglomerates.
Yee Xin managed the development of ESG expectation policies relating to climate change and workers’ well-being for a Global Top 15 Pension Fund in Malaysia. She was involved in developing sustainability frameworks for an ASEAN sovereign wealth fund, a local conglomerate, and
a Malaysian asset manager, with her work for the latter covering both enterprise sustainability and sustainable investing approaches. She has also implemented a Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Framework for a regional telecommunication company.

Jien Yue is a strategy and sustainability advisor with strong experience in the financial services sector, including asset management, insurance, payments, capital markets, and retail banking. In addition to his work in developing sustainability frameworks for clients in financial services, he was the workstream lead in conducting a carbon market study focusing on offset opportunities and critical enablers for a Malaysian state.
Jien Yue’s exposure to sustainability investing is reflected in his experience working on ESG due diligence engagements, and in the development of a model to identify business improvement opportunities for a Southeast Asia bank. He has also led the workstream for sustainable investments, in delivering a sustainability framework project for a Malaysian sovereign wealth fund.
